Phishing emails in the name of noez.de
What happened?
Fake emails are currently circulating in the name of noez.de, asking you to renew a domain. The email claims that your domain is expiring and asks you to click a "Renew domain" button to make a payment. These emails are not from us and the links lead to fraudulent websites. There is no indication of any connection to actual noez customer data - the attackers are sending these emails blindly and in bulk.
How to spot the fake
- The email uses formal language - noez always addresses you informally
- The sender is not @noez.de (e.g. "KundenService" without a real noez address)
- Urgency tactics: "Domain will be blocked" or "loss of your domain"
- The "Renew domain" button does not lead to noez.de
What you should do
- Delete the email immediately and do not click any links
- Only log in directly via noez.de
- Check the actual status of your domains in your customer panel
- Forward suspicious emails to our support team

Change your password immediately via your customer panel. If you entered payment details, contact your bank and our support team right away.
noez.de will never ask you to pay via an external link by email. Domain renewals are handled exclusively through your customer panel at noez.de.
