Which product fits my project?
A VPS is a suitable entry point for many projects: an LXC container starts at a particularly low price, while a fully virtualized KVM runs Linux and Windows. Choose a dedicated server for exclusively reserved physical resources. IP addresses, web hosting, domains, email and VPN are available too.
What does prepaid without a minimum term mean?
You pay for server products in advance and renew only when you want to keep using them. No cancellation is required.
Which products include DDoS filtering?
Our servers automatically benefit from DDoS filtering with up to 1 Tbit/s capacity — included for free and permanently active.
Can I test before I buy?
Yes. The test center covers VPS, dedicated servers, GRE tunnels, VPN, Squid proxies and IPv4 subnets. Most trials run for 7 days, while some categories differ; a /24 IPv4 subnet, for example, can be tested for 3 days. Unless you actively keep it, the trial ends automatically.
Where are the servers located?
Our servers run on our own hardware in premium data centers in Frankfurt am Main. Actual network paths depend on the user's connection and routing.
How do I reach support?
Our support team helps in German and English. Requests are handled by technicians who maintain our infrastructure themselves.
